Hello, I’m Hayley, a headshot, commercial and wedding photographer based on the Gold Coast. 

 

The first decade of my professional life was spent behind casting cameras - auditioning actors for TV commercials in both Queensland and Sydney. I gradually transitioned from casting studios to photography studios after discovering a passion in portraiture, and in the spring of 2017 I relocated to Sydney to work full-time alongside one of Sydney's leading photographers - Michal Kriesch - and was Michal's leading second shooter and editor for 3 years. Looking back, this incredible opportunity was the best professional training ground I could have asked for - thrown into the fast-paced world of the Sydney wedding industry working alongside the best photographers and videographers in the business.

 

 

Aside from still being a weekend wedding photographer, I now shoot predominantly actor headshots, corporate events and commercial stills. 

 

 

I currently live on the Gold Coast with my husband and a senior blind dog named Molly. My happiness comes from slow mornings, reading in quiet cafes, and misty days on mountain tops. I am inspired by light, human nature, music, art, and the ever evolving world around me.
